Is the masters draw, drawn out of a hat so to speak or is it 1 v16, 2 v15 etc, that second quarter of the draw is very strong compared to most.

I think it's randomly drawn so that 9-16 are drawn out of the hat against 1-8. Top seeds don't play each other in round 1. Robbo (1) is playing and Fu isn't no.16 in the world, Wenbo is no.16, so I can only guess it's randomly drawn as wiki says.
