anybody can win this now but the winner of JH v SB will be a test for ronnie both are people he fears.

I would certainly agree that he fears and respects Higgins but not really Bingham, although he did beat him quite comfortably at the 2015 world's.

Tomorrow's affy match should make up for this. Robbo Vs Trump is a mouth-watering prospect.

I hope both players are on their game and serve up a cracker. Think Robertson will prevail in this one.

I wouldn't say ROS fears Stuart Bingham but he clearly doesn't like the way Ballrun plays...But the way he pushed aside Selby yesterday is a clear indication it will take some beating to prevent him from lifting the trophy. Clearly John Higgins is the favorite to meet him in the semis and it happens, boy...what a match we should have!

Trump v Robbo should be another cracker today! Really looking forward to it

It was a stare saying "okay then-lets have it"

It's noticeable with Ronnie that he prefers stun and drag shots to just rolling balls in,that last green was straight enough to just roll in and get good on the brown,can't think of any other player who would have played it like that.

Just read Selby's post match comments. Talking about his tie knot getting in the way of his shots...come on now, just say that Ronnie outplayed you this time ffs. Ronnie also saying that he was not feeling technically great...just admit that you played great man...

I don't tbh, but I do remember the match vividly. The only players that seem to affect Ronnie due to their playing style imo is Selby, Ebdon and to a lesser extent Higgins.

Even if the Rocket was on fire, I would never place a bet on him against any of those players as a general rule.

I think you're spot on about both comments. One guy looking for an excuse in saying there was an obstacle in his way and the other not playing near his best. No love lost there me thinks!

There's a lot of understable admiration of Ronnie from yesterday but he ain't a 100% yet, as he said himself. If he can raise his game to the level we know he can play (I'm thinking that epic 6-0 against Selt), everyone better watch out!

For me, Judd needs to go up a level as well cuz Robbo is the man of the season so far, he's on fire and his confidence is sky high. He knows he's playing the game as well as it can be played, so the inconsistent ropey Judd better not turn up; England expects! I fancy Higgins to win today, ballrun ain't on the money this championship. He had that ton but Ding was awful that day.

@Stormwatch, Selby had plenty of time to sort his tie out in his seat and at the MSI. Jeez.

Now that is pretty lame making a comment like that, expect better from Selby to be honest.
