it let Joe in to get the break to leave Judd needing snookers

Why are we not allowed to enjoy the Ding-Brecel match now? I certainly can't think of any satisfactory reason. One static camera pointing at the table would do. :frown:

Don't believe this. Not even going to see highlights of the Ding match as they're playing on a cameraless table!

This multi-table format is all well and good, but if they're not going to put the cameras in there tv viewers miss 80% of the matches!

I think the budget is reduced this year so fewer camera operators
I would hope that they would be moved over to table 2 and we may get highlights later
but as you say not a good state of affairs

static camera no operator should be easy to manage
why not static cameras on all four tables

It looks like Ding has prevailed now though, and he seemed to score quite well throughout the match, although we still have to wait a while to see the break stats. Should finally get on TV when he plays Robertson tomorrow. Hendon said earlier that three of the four matches will be televised, so I imagine Perry and Woollaston will miss out. :smile:
