What happens if the ref forgets to warn the player of the three misses rule and there is a third miss? Is the frame awarded to the opponent? The rulebook wording is inconclusive.

Don't think it's ever happened before but could have been highly controversial if it had. The red should warn the player before the shot but suppose you could also argue that the onus is on the player to know there's a ball on.

Michaela Tabb would never of made that mistake, far superior referee to that wee buck reffing the final, always thought he was sneaky looking, or smirky looking, pity ronnie didnt go for the brown when he was about to, and missed it, before neil intervened, an embarrassing situation then for mr smirky

Should be a petition to get Tabb back on board, stunning looking referee, she should be reffing every world final for next 5 plus years i reckon

I would sign this petition without reservation. It was a crying shame wpbsa ran her out! She was imo one of the very best refs and highly likable.

If Ronnie pegs it back to 5-5 then you'll see Robertson slow the game down to a snail's pace. This tactic was utilised by Ebdon(mentored Robbo) and Robbo will start employing this tactic. He might as well put in a couple of fist pumps as well!!!
