sometimes the table only has a referee and no supporting Marker.
You see it often at qualifiers and non-tv tables.

So the ref in these cases is responsible for adding the score to the board? Right, thanks.

Ronnie is nailed on to lift this tournament I think. He's frightening good. It's going to take a special performance to beat him this week. It's beautiful snooker from him so far this week. I'm not really a Ronnie fan but you've got to tip yer hat sometimes and giver credit where it's due.

Best player ever,definitely for me, best match player? I'm not yet convinced, I have seen him crumble a bit under pressure in some matches, something that Hendry never did, in fact it seemed to spur him on. But for just sheer quality when he's bang on it, poetry in motion.

I understand BBC Wales ending transmission due to TV schedule, but why did they not keep it going on the BBC Snooker homepage? Just cut out before the conclusion of O'Sullivan's match.

Best match player is Selby, picks the exact correct shot at the exact correct time to drive the knives in slowly. He showed that in the 2014 WC, completely beat ROS mentally.

Best ever player under pressure, goes to Hendry imo.

There is really no way to describe his level of natural ability, that would do it justice. It's almost like he's possessed by some kind of potting demon at times.

Because they're a bunch of middle class poncy *******s who'd rather show an 8 hour repeat of some dizzy bint warbling folk, that's why. Folk!

They wouldn't cut rugby union. I am a hairs breath from cancelling my telly tax. Lord alone knows why i continue to pay so much for so little.
