Not sure it's been brought up before. Fun moment between ROS and ref Marcel Eckardt during the match against Yu Delu yesterday. After ROS complains about the table condition, it is suggested to at least give the white a good clean. Eckardt then asks Yu Delu a few times "what do you think?" and ROS goes "he doesn't speak English" with that fantastic grin on his face. Not the first time he makes Eckardt uncomfortable (deliberately or not).

Yup...I said it yesterday as well...ROS clearly has it in for this particular ref. Not very nice of him though.

My bad -- too many pages on this thread now. I agree, this time around he definitely did that on purpose. Should respect the referees (both individuals and their roles). Wasn't it at the UK Champ that he gave him a hard time about his style around the table and how slow he was at respotting the balls?

Yup...indeed it was. I find ROS attitude towards refs (remember what he did with Michaela Tab?!) annoying. He can be such a petulant little t0sser...

Well...firstly I took that remark (broken record) back, so not so nice of you to hit me over the head with it now

Secondly...I replied to another post, so it's not me who started this as you call it 'ronnie bashing'.

And thirdly...I call 'm as I see 'm...as I said ROS can be an absolute t0sser sometimes, very disrespectful towards others. And I personally do not like it one bit...and I will call him out on it every chance I get.

I am just watching live scores, but I guess Ding has made it.

I hope he asked couple times during the break, how much money will he earn making maximum. Maybe he should have even not pot the black, to show Mr. 146 that he is not that special ....
