  • Murphy seemed to save his worst game for the final - he looked invincible earlier in the week and then played literally hit-and-miss stuff.

    • Not the highest standard of play for the final but I really enjoyed the match.Nice to watch a final not blighted by the travelling Ronnie O'Sullivan crowd of yobs.

      • Match was spoiled by the table conditions, though probably a poor set of balls making a lot of bad contacts, I didn't stay up to see the end, was half asleep by 9 pm and the standard of the snooker couldn't keep me awake.

        • No the greatest of standard of play but glad Murphy won at the end.
          That black that rattled in the jaws from Bingo was unreal....We used to see it sometimes with the middle bags but in a corner....tough cookie to swallow.

            That bottom left hand pocket wasn't giving anything and Bingham's black was bizarre. Enjoyed the final though and I think the right guy won it.
