Ding has only scored five iirc. Could be wrong though.
Edit: From what i can remember, ding got 4 tons in the 1st session. He has won 3 frames in this session, with one century plus breaks of 97 and 94, so only 5 centuries.
A fantastic session of snooker. They only needed half the match to tie the record, and surely there will be at least one more century to break it now.
It will be interesting to see how Ding responds to this, because McManus really has put the pressure on in the last four frames. I think Ding might end up regretting that poor shot on the last red, when he looked a certainty to clear up for 10-5. Or perhaps not, it could be forgotten pretty quickly if he starts the evening session as well as he did the first two. Looking forward to it.
The overall record in a game of course is 11. In the aforementioned 1994 UK Championship final. While Hendry made 7, Ken Doherty who lost 5-10 made 4 himself.
This post has confused me. According to cuetracker ken didn't score any centuries in that match.
