  • Yes but still I can see Wenbo getting a bit of the clinchers...better not make too many mistakes and let Judd in.

Trumps suffering just as much though. I feel Trump's technique is the problem and Murphy mentioned it on that player analysis piece. Under pressure if your technique is not strong you will be found out and its not the first time we've seen him miss easy balls. You simply do not see the very top player missing very often.

      • Yes valid point. And I saw that little piece with Murphy as well. Trump does blow hot and cold a lot though. Doesn't have the strong mind like f.i. Higgins had in his heydays.

I don't know that piece, but the point seems very valid to me.

Both players make plenty of mistakes today so far. But it's a very interesting match.

I'm just gonna say it...this match is going all the way.

No one is listening until you make a mistake!

                • If Judd wins another couple of frames I think Wenbo will bottle it.

                    • Well done Marcel and the Chinese ref (apologies, not sure of his name). I'm sure it's not easy out there to get it right...pressure on them as well, so a job well done.

                      :snooker:

                      Now Judd...not again please

                      • This is ball replacement is crazy, why isn't the ref just listening to judd?

Also why don't they have an easier way to see where the balls were like a tablet or bigger screen?

Wasn't there a screen once that put circles all over the where the balls were so as the ref moved them in realtime he could see where to put them?

Wonder what happened to that idea.

                        • yes but...all's well in the end, and personally I like these little interludes with the ref, players and the crowd...always entertaining

                          • Crazy come back from Judd so far. Fact is: both players are prone to bottle it so I guess everything can happen here...

No sorry, tried to find it on youtube but I think its exclusive for the BBC. It was at the start of the broadcast though if you can watch it on bbc iplayer?

Now, 5 on the spin for Trump! Big blow to Liang, I don't think he'll get up from there....
