Hi daffie, can you tell me who is FRB, I see him at all snooker competitions on tv sitting wearing different football shirts, I didn't know who he was until someone mentioned him wearing a black armband. Who is he? Cheers Pat.

FrontRow Brian...he's a fixture that's for sure A lot of the usual suspects turn up each year at the WC, as with other bigger tournaments. Brian is just one of them. I just googled him and found a bit more info :
He always seems to play one really good match, only to dissapoint next round. Strange really as Carter stated that he and Bingham got a lot of kicks, but around the wall Fu was a machine with the cue ball on a sixpence; bad set of balls maybe, couldn't have been the atmosphere in the venue.
Hi daffie, thanks for your reply and all your trouble. Been wanting to know who this guy is for years, he appears at most snooker tournaments on tv. Cheers Pat.

Talk about ebb and flow. What a great first match.

Are you watching Mr Hearn , this is what makes snooker great. If this had been a best of seven it was a completely one sided drubbing, look what having different sessions can do to a match, it's the mental side of the game that makes it great, they can all pot balls. Bring back longer matches before it's to late.
