Shame he couldn't make it 8 - 8 but 9 - 7 is not too bad. Now, if Barry could possibly get to 10 - 6 this afternoon we'd have an interesting evening on both tables to look forward to. It might not leave them much of a break between sessions though.

Marco wins another frame to go 8-1 up, seems like only really close match will be Higgins vs McManus affair, what seemed on paper as the most predictable match before the start.

I assume you already know this but they actually played the replay in 2010. It's on YouTube if you didn't know. I have watched it a few times and always laughed, it's hilarious.

I think Marco is 37 and the youngest player left in the tournament is Ding, 29.
