  • Tense last frame this is. Cmon Alan...13-11 going into the last session would be a great starting point.

    • Goodness me, the French commentator on Eurosport FR is so f******* annoying that I just pressed the mute button......I plainly hate when commentators are serving us a verbal diarrhea during an entire session, commentating on each and every details. Not to mention how clueless he is....

            • What a shame. 13:11 would've been such a great result going into the last session... McManus will have to dig deep, I'm pretty sure Ding's gonna come out all guns blazing...

                • Been impressed with some of the lesser unexpected players this year.
Baird, Wilson and of course Alan "making old skool kool" McAnus

I think a lot of people prefer and remember quality safety battles like Selby vs Baird to century's.
                        With lots of century's
1.There's a lot of dead frame time once the opponent needs too many snookers.
2.Unless the player in break is going for a max or a tournament high break - unless its pots of the lampshades and superb positioning whats the big deal.
3.The oft inevitable cry rightly or wrongly that the pockets are too generous.
Just my slight ot take though. :-)

                        • Such a shame yesterday the last frame. A big run of balls for Ding as well. Huge task ahead Alan, I only hope he will make it.
Looking forward to Selby v Fu now, even when well below his best, Mark is somehow in front. I believe Ding v Selby final is awaiting us.

                          • McManus hurra, defo rooting for him
                            ...but
when he was getting cute with the crowd having made 9-8 i thought that looked odd
it gave me the impression he was losing focus
                            Ding vs Fu the final

                            • Who saw the end of Eurosport last night? A bit weird. Ronnie Wood was there, Colin Murray was drunk. There was a dog in the studio.
