          • Selby isn't as flawless in the evening as he was for most of the afternoon. That gives us hope that Ding can fight back to make the match closer.

Actually 4-7 would already be much closer than the match felt for most of the time.

Uhm nope, he definitely looks *good* again around the table...well-worked century that was. C'mon Ding...keep the pressure on now.

                    • It's why these longer matches can be so gripping,... you see the pressure shift from ding to Selby.

                        Exactly! It's why I love the longer-frame matches...always.

I said it this afternoon, with the last 2 frames Ding got you could clearly see a weight lifted off him and a freedom in play afterwards....he is continuing the same way this evening.

                        • is it me or are both players playing deliberately slow this frame? ref should have a word really, fans look bored stiff.

                          • Ding does seem more relaxed this evening, and that century will do him wonders. But here's Selby, regularly taking over a minute on his safety shots, looking to suck the confidence out of Ding before he can really grab it. Great match play snooker... sure. Ho-hum...

                            • @Cueman. As always...it's you

Crucial frame this. Worth taking some time over...

Ding is regularly taking over a minute on his safeties as well. Hence why his average shot time is longer than marks.
