Just looked at the world snooker calendar,since the 30th August nine tournaments have been played since this one here,no wonder players sound so erudite and enchanting when they're being interviewed.

How do you guys see today's matches going? These are two intriguing matchups for me today.

Can Higgins produce what he did last week and go deep into the tournament or even win it? Will Trump follow up with his blistering run of good form? Will Murphy spark into life this week? Or Will Ants show everyone what he's capable of?

I've taken the rest of the week off work so's to get tuned right in. Watching the matches back at night on Youtube after knowing the result is not the same.

Trump's a quality player and his rise up the rankings deserves respect but I'd like to see how good he was if his access to expensive tables in practice was as difficult as the vast majority of us though !! :snooker:

Trump just cleaned up that table in jig time & like it was nothing. If he wins this next frame I think Trump is a shoe-in to come back and win. Higgins is not as clinical as Trump in amongst the balls.
