Not great when the World Ranked No 67 can't make a living from the game. Something wrong somewhere. If snooker is truly a global sport there should be enough money sloshing around to give guys like Anthony a living. Pisses me off when I hear these stories. Rant over.

Yes I reckon it would be a good idea to make the prize money less top heavy,it would generate more interest in the lower rounds of events,the top 16 from an entertainment entity is overrated anyway.

Interesting to hear Jimmy say it costs around £25,000 a season to compete on the tour...no small change if your not getting very far in comps
