  • If you go to cuesports.club you will see that Marco's watch is a Memorigin watch. But it is ridiculous, looks like something Flava Flav would wear round his neck. Maybe it's like Earl Stricklands old weights on the bridge arm trick.

Pretty sure Bingham wears a Tag Heuer...
None of them are as accurate as a Casio F-91W from Argos for a fiver. LOL! My Chopard is accurate to 2secs a day, that's good for a mechanical but actually crap. Nowhere near the untouchable Seiko King and nowhere near a cheap digital. Breitling digitals of old were supreme but you wouldn't clean your car wearing one. Casio all the way! :biggrin-new:

        Yes that's a fair comparison.

Indeed And I speak from experience. Gshocks are incredible value for money. Btw just so you know...watches (collecting) isn't always about being the most accurate.

              • Not sure about how Marco's pace is affecting Ronnie . Ronnie had been in both times and missed to let Marco comeback at him .

Haha, it was when the Swiss had time trials. Until a certain Seiko kept kicking their arses every year, then they cancelled the trials - boohoo! But yeah, you say it's not about accuracy but it shouldn't be bling you say. Oh, it's that watch that goes wiv me Merc eh? LOL. Maybe it's about diving 300m with a watch in which darkness you can't tell the time or even see a dial of a regular watch or even get to that depth without a pressure suit. I gave up on ponsy watches, they're actually useful for jack all apart from being jewellery which is a bit gay. Casio all the way. Utilitarian is superior to ponsy in every respect. The Chopard, Seiko and Omega can gather dust or be sold.

Not sure why the rant directed at me? I was merely pointing out some of the watches players wear. Never did you hear me say anything about ponsy watches nor they being better or whatever. Personally I feel the same way you do. And yes these Japanese watch brands are fantastic! I've had some 30 odd watches mostly Citizen, Seiko, Casio to name a few. I especially love tool watches.

Anyway...Marco one up now on Ronnie!
