That is priceless, can you imagine the stink some other pros would've caused. :nightmare:

    • Fu's game always used to irritate me - the lack of cue power making him struggle to put breaks together at times. He played very well to beat Ron in the Northern Ireland Trophy but I never warmed to him. Then in the last season or so he's changed his cue action and is a completely different player - aggressive, superb long-potter and still deadly accurate. If he beats Ron I think I'd rather he won the whole tournament - really classy guy.

What a lack of bottle - next time I am in I will ask him if he needs a start!

After the exhibition Marco came back to the club and invited her and her hubby down to the world champs, free tickets on him! Pure class that fella. I always wonder if he remembers it, he can't have been thrown out of to many clubs in his lifetime.
          good story that one!

It would surprise me even with the luck ronnie is having so far is fu does not win.

Depends though - Fu gave Trump three if not four frames by missing frame ball, so it would only need a focused and reasonably fluent O'Sullivan to take advantage. Unfortunately, I think Ronnie is a bit jittery now every major win sets or equals a record.

ronnies cue action has taken a dive recently - too high at the back and too much movement - i am amazed he is doing as well as he is.

I noticed lately he makes a lot of adjustments while down on the shot, for most we know that is a no no but he gets away with it most of the time.

                  • Ronnie missed a lot against Robertson today and if he does so against Marco Fu then the way Fu is mopping up then i doubt he will win

                    • After reading the paper this morning , and no matter what you think of Mark Allen . Its disgusting that someone walked up to him during the match and
swore at him and called him a disgrace .
I also see that Marco got abused by someone and they got ejected .

Not snooker fans in my book .
Still trying to pot as many balls as i can !

Allen - was that when he turned round behind him when on the shot? I saw him smile at the ref.
Did not see the Fu incident.
                        Which paper?
                        Up the TSF! :snooker:

He has been doing this for sometime now; feet fidgeting, resetting of bridge hand, whole upper body bobbing up and down as he feathers, but when he draws back he does seem to be still on the shot.
I wonder if it is a conscious thing or something that has crept into his setup?

Allen was sat down between frames and the Fu ine was mentioned by Neal Foulds on Eurosport . 2nd frame i think it was .

The only paper worth reading........The Sun !!! ......It was a quote by Allen as well .

                            • Have you noticed players don't simply miss these days? They either 'decelerate' or 'quit on the shot'
"Kryten, isn't it round about this time of year that your head goes back to the lab for retuning?"

                                or "get a bad contact"
