Yeah, but 'bad contact' has been around for years. This 'deceleration' is a new one and they can't wait for an excuse to use it.

And I don't care - I'm going to say it. Selby's hair is absolute perfection!

haha! Selby is a great player and has great hair, it's true.
When he played Mark Williams, I thought I was watching Lurch play Uncle Fester.

          • I'm a big Selby fan but he has these off moments and Barry, I have to take my hat off to him for just getting on with his game and always looking in complete control. Well played that man!

Yes, a well deserved win, too good for Mark's B-game today. Nice tie as well Baz.

              • I realize that this does not only pertain to the Masters but people here would know. Just received a Mac and wondering what program needs to be downloaded to watch.

Then in the last season or so he's changed his cue action and is a completely different player - aggressive, superb long-potter and still deadly accurate. If he beats Ron I think I'd rather he won the whole tournament - really classy guy.
These are my sentiments to the letter. He was one of those players who I always reserved a bit of a disappointing sigh for whenever his matches were being featured, but my respect for his ability has sky-rocketed!

Mind you, he's a strong advocate of the shot-clock, so no one's perfect.

Really? Oh, I've gone right off him now. What a wally.

It's not his fault, really. He spent a lot of time in Canada.

                        • You know watching that series of misses by Ding, I'm struck by how utterly sadistic the game of snooker can be.

Ding can really frustrate me at times. He's one of my favourite players, but he's terrible from behind. He lacks steel.

                              • Dear God, this is unreal. :hororr: @Billy No he's not the best catcher-upper in the world is he. I thought he was getting on top of his temperament issues a little while ago, but I'm not sure now.
