I agree. What enthusiasm shown by the crowd. The reception Brendan Moore got was bigger than most players get in most other tournaments...

    Wonderful stuff!

If someone had told me before the tournament that McManus would be involved in a match with the most centuries scored between the two players, I would have trouble believing them. For me he played better than Davis in 2010 or Hendry in 2012 when they reached the quarter-finals, and he went out with a good performance in a high-quality match, rather than suddenly struggling with form and losing heavily, like Davis and Hendry did.

I honestly didn't expect Hamilton to be competing for a major ranking title here, but the qualifiers had filtered out a lot of the top players, and this isn't really one of the season's most prestigious events, so a surprise or two was always possible. And there hasn't really been any fireworks from Hamilton either. He has done enough to get through his matches, but for me he played better in Belfast.
      yup I second that view.

I know it's a bit off topic, but why would your loved one, dipping their chicken balls in your sauce, wind you up? Bitch.

What happened to the limited number of "comfort" breaks?
Hamilton does seem to take loads

                      • Congratulations to Antony Hamilton. If anyone had said before the season started that Mark King and Antony Hamilton would win a ranking tournament this season, he would have been accused of nt having followed pro snooker for the last ten years.

                          • Really happy for Anthony Hamilton to finally win a ranking event. He has waited soooo long. I watch him play since so many years and I love that whatever happened to him he always kept on playing. Hope he can make it back to the Crucible this year, where he had some success in his best years.
