Ding's match in particular has been ridiculous, it only took around 45 minutes to get to the interval. What's the record for the quickest ever best-of-9 match?
Tony Drago also seems like a pretty plausible answer to this question.

McGill by the way is totally safe now as well. Not even Gould could surpass him by getting to the final, so only with a win at China one of the contenders could overtake McGill and obviously there can only be one winner at Beijing.

So now the suspense is almost totally gone. With Martin Gould losing 3-5 to Tian Pengfei.
Mark Williams beats Michael Holt 5-2 in a duel of two contenders, but he needs to win the China Open to get fix spot at the Crucible. In a classic he plays John Higgins next.
Judd Trump continues his good run by beating Eden Sharav 5-0 and has now won 18 of his last 20 matches in ranking tournaments (qualifiers not inluded).
Michael White beats Ali Carter 5-3.
