Yeah. Bitter loss after being 4-2 up. Would have liked him to make the main draw, but it's good to see Liang there as well.

Also Wakelin completes the comeback, beating Barry Hawkins after being 2-4 down.

Jimmy Robertson beats Luo Honghao 5-2 in the last 128 and makes the highest break so far 142, which I believe is Jimmy Robertson's 100th Century of his professional Career. Seeing as this event was not held two years ago, does this mean that no one as prize money as been removed from the players order of merit for this event.

At 3:00 mark, Any idea why did the referee shifted the white for Neil Robertson?

When the referee first examined the cue ball it was NOT a touching ball; when Robertson looked and asked the referee to check the cue ball had slightly moved (rolled on a fibre or vibration of the floor) in to a touching ball; the referee put it back to NOT touching. Good for Robertson as then he could get the angle on the next red and clear up

Rule Sec 3.8(g) If a stationary object ball, not touching the cue-ball when examined by the referee, is later seen to be in contact with the cue-ball before a stroke has been made, the balls shall be repositioned by the referee to his satisfaction. This also applies to a touching ball which later, when examined by the referee is not touching; the balls shall be repositioned by the referee to his satisfaction.

Joe Perry beats Yu De Lu in the decider to set-up an interesting duel with Ryan Day in round two.

In also a very close match Liang Wenbo leads Li Hang 4-3.

John Higgins continuing his devastating form, whitewashing Ursenbacher - lad was unfortunate at times but out classed

Yes, but he still showed flashes of his talent and he is still pretty young. Hopefully he will eventually have some success and climb up the rankings a bit. Would be nice to have a competitor from another country for a few years.

Also Li Hang continues where he left in the China Championship, winning his first match against compatriot Liang Wenbo by 5-4.

And Lee Walker punishes him, leads 4-1. So will we have a big shocker here today? Honestly if Selby doesn't up his game dramatically I don't see a comeback.

He played very tough, took his time and made few errors. You could tell he really wanted it. Selby did not look like he cared much, did not look like he was putting in the max effort. Not as hungry
I try hard, play hard and dont always succeed, at first.!!!!:snooker:

If Ursenbacher continues the way he has started, he´ll have a good chance to get inside top 64 after his first two years on the tour.

                            Certainly hopes so
He did well in India as well.
