BBC have only just finished finished showing highlights of Carter v Perry and there was a segment on Cliff Thorburn's historic 147 back in 1983, and now after that they are showing footage from last's night's match!

Pity. I would have loved to see the exhibition match. Such a clash of age/style.

I love matches that are close from first frame to last. There is so little between them, if any match could go either way it's this one.

Yeah agreed semih, It's been a really good match throughout and been played at a nice pace
