I'm sorry, but in no interpretation of the English language can the phrase
"Does anyone rate Ebdon's chances of winning another major? Personally, i don't"
be seen to mean
"Ebdon probably won't win another major, but i think he still has it in him"
My agenda is nothing besides exposing your total inconsistency - you're entitled to your opinions, however outlandish, but I've never seen anyone contradict hs own opinions before now.
I didn't articulate myself properley - and this was before he hit form again with that superb victory over Jamie Cope.
The top 16 are dropping like flies as the qualifiers dominate proceedings.
Would you care to explain how the top 16 are dropping like flies? So far we've only lost Selby, Davis and Lee. Davis and Lee are hardly surprises there.
This 4 way battle for the title you have in your head will be over by the quarters.

We will see - i stake my reputation on TSF that my predictions will come good. We have already lost nearly a quarter of the so called "elite", and the first round isn't even over.
I'm not here for comedy - i just see past the so-called "big 4".
Swail is a dead cert for the Semi at least; his glory days of 2000 & '01 are coming back.
I concede Harold has problems, as he plays the luckiest man in Snooker in round one, but if he can get through, he'll be like a steam-train; nothing will stop him.
Mark my words - this time next week, we'll have seen some real shocks. The seeds are already dropping like flies.
no disrespect mate but stick to Tiddledy Winks or Marblies.....its more youre Level of knowhow.......
I don't think it is too much of a surprise that Selby got knocked out. But because of how King played, rather than that Selby is incapable.
I think Selby has proved that he is well capable of big-time success. But nobody wins all the time.
I had expected him to come through the match, but my surprise (pleasantly) was just how well King played. He could have rocked quite a few boats, whoever he'd been playing.

Too true - it's Bingham vs King in the semi, unless Ebdon can turn up the heat & produce his best - and he'll need it.
Mark King is here for the 17 days. Make no mistake about it, King is not here to mess about. He wants the title and will fight all the way to land the big one and prove the Boss right. I backed him to win a title this season and he's starting to deliver at exactly the right time. Ronnie awaits in the final
:snooker:
Has he bought tickets for the resting days ?
