Id say Maguire and Ronnie are favourites to make the final.
And then Ronnie to win as he respects Maguire, so that will hopefully mean Ronnie will be up for it and play well against him.

It ain't a silly comment when nobody over 32 has won it for 22 years. Carer is in the final by virtue of beating Murphy so the winner will come from the top half and I am sticking with my pre tournament prediction of Ryan Day. Overall, Ryan Day and Maguire have displayed the best snooker and have been more consistent than anyone else, so I think it will be a close call between one of them.Comment

Nothing special my foot. You said the same about the UK Final when Ronnie's pot success rate was 95%. Ronnie missed one ball in yesterday's session and if there were more frames, he would have cleaned them up as well. Wenbo won't win because he's tactically not good enough yet.
