It's the first time I've applied for tickets - has anyone received their tickets yet? In previous years how long did the Crucible take to process applications? I posted mine a couple of days after the deadline.

Last time I rang the box office and they told me what tickets i got. You can also know it from your bank account when they have debited your money.

My account has been debited! Very quick this year...last year it took several weeks. If it's done this soon it's a shame I didn't apply for the final!

am going up to sheffield for the first time for the workd champs this yr, but unfortunately only noticed that tickets were on sale a few days ago, so may miss out on the best ones.
does anyone know if there is any way of specifying seats? or will you automatically be allocated the best available seats?

It's going to be first trip to The Crucible as well.

I've been allocated all the tickets I applied for.

Ronnies first match in Round 1
Wednesday 7pm session - Quarter Final 2
Friday 7pm session - Semi Final 1
1st Session of the Final on the Sunday
And Final session of the Final.

I sent my application in 2 days after the deadline.

Hello, I have not presented myself yet but I have a urgent issue. I mailed the scanned application form last Tuesday 16th of January from overseas (Sweden) . They should have got it Thursday, Friday next week... They have not yet debited my credit card account so i made a call to the Ticket office. However, they could not tell me anything regarding my specific application only the discouraging statement that "we have recieved Thousands and Thousands of applications". As this is a present for a friend's 40th birthday due this weekend. As I applied for any 2 sessions the last Fri-Mon final sessions I guess i blew it - they are already finished. Any comments or how could i check if i got tickets or not from overseas.
