    Good luck for your tickets!
Did you get them Ginger? I've got a problem (they ask for a "delivery" but there's no possible answer...)

Well, some overseas members, like Paulthesoave get their booking forms in time and got all the tickets they asked for. So, i cant see a problem. If you really want to go, you can get them, is it not?

Atthebookies, I don't say (and you can't say!) I don't really try to get the tickets, on the very contrary; I say I decided to go to Sheffield 4 days ago, so my only way to get them (because there are few tickets remaining...) is to phone or to book on line, right? I feel quite unsure about phoning because of my poor English. So I've been trying to book on line for 2 hours, and everything would be ok but for the impossibility to book because of "Delivery status" and another item that can't be filled in properly on the online booking page when I give my Mastercard number. It's the only problem, but it's a big one, isn't it.
        But I don't worry, I'll try tomorrow

I wasn't going to go this year - but saw that you could book on line today and have just booked up for a few matches. didn't encounter any problem - it was a bit confusing though - delivery option - internal, collect, postal, special delivery. I went for postal so hope that was the right thing (initially tried special delivery but it didn't seem to cost anything so i thought that can't be right!!).

                Sheffield theatre reaches a milestone!

i have to congratulate Sheffield theatres for having the booking online for the first time in their snooker history! Welcome in 2007! Maybe next year it will be online with all matches open to everyone who want to book online. I got my tickets by booking form but it would be fair to give everyone the same equal opportunity for those who dont have access to the booking form within 2 days of publishing it. I will send a special compliment to them and asking if they can arrange the online option next season, mid january!

was pleasantly surprised to find you could book online today. really wasn't going this year (various reasons) but out of interest went on the site, saw the matches I wanted to see were still available and went for it!

the booking system website could do with a bit of improving (not that I'm knocking it!) - bit confusing at times. think it may crash if everyone was trying to get on there at once!! loved the seating plan though showing exactly where your seat is - could almost picture myself sat there!

Er I need some help please...
I booked the tickets today (online booking) but it seems that I put "STT pick up" as far as the "Delivery method" is concerned. What does it mean? Can I change it now?

I thought that may mean you can pick them up at the crucible (when you arrive for the snooker) - its not very clear.

I know you don't want to ring so why not email them - info@sheffieldtheatres.co.uk - explain you've brought the ticket using their online booking system and you chose the option 'STT Pick Up' and ask them to confirm whether this means you need to collect your ticket at the theatre when you arrive.

fingers crossed its this rather than Paul's suggestion!!

Thank you very much Paul and Loopysnooker. Yes Paul's suggestion is very funny, but not for me!

Who is a pretty boy then? there are 2 options on this one. Either the ones who boarded the Titanic (RIP) or those who travelled to Sheffield and indeed received the return tickets! I find this one verwy witty, I have to say.
