In fact, Joe Delaney is the only one of today's players who could make a Crucible début.

Yes Delaney once played Ronnie O Sullivan in a World Championship 2nd round (I think around 2001) and won 13-1. Was an incredible game. Unfortuanately in the pre TV stage though.

It does, chasmmi, it does indeed. My live scoring went down when Bond and Burnett had been at 2-1 for AGES - but I see now that they have finally gone for their tea
