For long pots, I think it's not a bad percentage, has there been more than 90% over a match (or 10 frames) in other matches? (I mean Higgy's percentage, Ron is not good enough at long potting and even not attempting them when a ball is on)
As for the long pots - 5 out of 10 ain't that great, no, not when you rely heavily upon them to get in amongst the balls. When he does get in, he pots well.
My computer works at annoyingly slow rhythm, that means I see the live coverage about 30 secs after everything happens (how fun! ). Anyway Matthew is one frame away from his victory and Ronnie seems to have lost his pace at 4 - 7.
I'm getting a bit annoyed with the commentaries now... they are both very much ROS biased, imho. I normally never complain about that, nor do I mind that commentators are slightly biased, but this is starting to become a wee too much.
ARRGHH!! Web streaming working perfect, but not anymore on the comp where I have installed the recording programme... does anything make sence in the world of computers?
you can always mute the commentary, Maija and imagine Semih doing commentary
I like the sound of snooker... I like hearing the thud! of the cue striking the cueball, the cloink! of the cueball going into the object ball - and let's not forget that lovely sound of the object ball dropping into the pocket Though I'm not that keen on the squeak that some of the players manage to squeeze out of the chalk when they chalk their cue tips.
11-5. Lovely. Great steal at the end. Couldn't have hoped for better really. Hope John picks it up a bit tonight as you can never count out a comeback, especially in the evening session.
Now Stevens needs to fall over the line against Murphy and the tournment is sorted.
