Potentially! I reckon we might have the first ever multiple maximum WC this year!

PS, whats with the Onslow mugshot? Its getting a bit scary!

well it was a toss up between him, Jim Royle, and victor meldrew so it could of been a lot worse

                        • Tonights results

Neil Robertson was not at his best but still beat Ryan Day 10-5 to clinch a second-round clash with Ronnie O'Sullivan.

The other table, Ali Carter leads Andy Hicks 7-2

There will be no play tommorow morning.

                          • When I was watching the highlights I was gunna get really annoyed as I'd watched most of the other matches live and couldn't see this. Luckily he didn't get the 147 so hopefully someone will tomorrow when I'm watching LIVE.
You play a long slow deadweight red to a corner pocket. As it approaches the pocket, a kamikaze woodlouse crawls out from under the cushion and makes its way across the table, conflicting with the path of the red precisely at the point the red gets there. The red, needless to say, veers off course, and the future of the woodlouse is uncertain. - The Statman

nah Marc, do something about it, it hurts!

and the games: Happy about the Robertson win, although the score looks much better than watching that game was. A lot of uncharacteristic mistakes from both players. I think both complained about the cushions as well (commentators mentioned it several times and I heard, Higgins too).
Of course freezing Day in the rankings is a big plus for Steve Davis.

I saw some of that Holt-Higgins battle, which was quite scrappy in the middle as well, with Holt having had a nice start and Higgins luckily getting into form later on.
And I didn't see anything from the Carter match but am quite happy about that scoreline.

All in all, I am looking forward to the second round matches!
