Yesterday I thought Carter was superb, best performance by a player in a single session so far IMO. Today he's struggled a little bit, probably because he is fighting to stay in the top 16. If he believed in himself a bit more he could win any tournament, I rate him that highly.

There seemed to be a number of shots where I would have been disappointed to miss and even with the pressure of the crowd, TV cameras and venue, I was shocked to see so many balls go astray.

Hmmm, those seating arrangements, they don't look comfortable, do they? Bit like squashed tomatoes... And still not sure whether the players are allowed to talk to each other when they do sit next to each other? ...

They are allowed to talk to each other there is nothing in the rule book about that but they don't as they are both trying to concentrate on the game in hand.

Davis is safe from top 16 and don't know why you think Williams will drop out of top 16 since he is currentlly 2 rank higher then Davis
