Hey, you still got the link to that interview? I wanna hear it from Selby.
I've heard Murphy say it in interviews a couple of times, how much they like each other and how good friends they are, but I always thought that Murphy was just imagining it or denying reality. Anyway, maybe Selby is just taking the mick and pretends that he likes him. He is known to be one for jokes.
Sorry austrian girl, I saw that interview on the telly last night on Eurosport Germany. It must've been the postmatch-interview after the Selby-Carter match, you know the ones where they interview the players in front of that green wall/screen-thing that has all the World Champions' names on it (all you see is "Joe Davis" )
oh, and he did sound quite serious, too, when he said it
Marcel Proust had an haddock! If you're calling the author of 'A la recherche du temps perdu' a looney, I shall have to ask you to step outside!
Frame was won by Selby with a lovely total clearance of 128 points.
Edit: I obviously need to work on my typing skills.
no, no, it's only live scoring ahead of the stream it seems
...and anyway can't be mentioned often enough
and having a picture finally... Murphy missed a super-easy yellow to let Mark in again
wow, great shot that red to the middle, nice pose there sitting on the table! Saw that Maija?
Maybe should add 1-39 safety now
Murphy reminds me of an old train. Once it's going, it's going like a real train... nothing can stop it. But it being the old train, you never know when it's gonna break down. And once it does, it just stops...
nice pose there sitting on the table! Saw that Maija?
Aww, no, I didn't. I decided on some non-snookery time just about after that missed yellow. I felt that it was a good and positive note to leave the computer on
What I saw today was quite another Selby, kudos to him for having found himself during what must surely be a stressful situation, to say the least.
