Here is the quarter-final lineup. The semi-finals are over and the final will be played today but as World Snooker can't be bothered to update their website we only know the quarter-final draw at the moment.
Quarter-Final 1 Mike Russell v B Bhaskar
Quarter-Final 2 Martin Goodwill v Rupesh Shah
Quarter-Final 3 David Causier v Pankaj Advani
Quarter-Final 4 Dhruv Sitwala v Peter Gilchrist
Which means the TSF lineup is:
Quarter-Final 1 andy carson v pat39
Quarter-Final 2 very.tee v bongo
Quarter-Final 3 ChatLag v Pankaj Advani*
Quarter-Final 4 Anastasia v mushka
*I have just realised that Pankaj Advani entered the event after I sorted out the Lucky Dip, so Pankaj Advani is an extra player who wasn't in the Lucky Dip game. In the event that Advani should win the event, the runner-up shall win the Lucky Dip.Comment

The quarter and semi final results are now at CUE SPORTS INDIA. So the final is:
Mike Russell vs. Pankaj Advani
Which means that andy carson is our 2009 World Billiards Championship Lucky Dip winner!
