He may be wearing the logos, but he's not eligible to represent Russia I'm afraid.
As recently as last September Adam was representing England and he would have to then wait 4 years under IOC rules before he can represent another country. Also he would have to qualify by residency of 2 years living in Russia to be eligible (unless he did happen to be Russian by birth, then the residency isn't necessary)
