I'm cheering for Mark J, as you're cheering for Ali, as they're our favourite players

But maybe we should focus on their chances of winning the world title, which will result in getting in Premier League as well
      All the way Mark J!!

Definately! But like cue1 said, I'm greedy and have two favourite players! Mark's winning the WC so Ali will have to do his best in this!

Good to see Marco's hitting the ball well again, when he won Grand Prix back in 2007, he really impressed me, especially the way he played against Ronnie made me think deeply where he has been for so many seasons..

After two seasons passed, I found the answer : He hasn't got a B game to rely on and beat good players with..

hmm, I am sure the world championship title actually has been defended on numerous occasions, just maybe not in this decade (which apparently is over now, depending on when you start it )... and not first time champions at Crucible.

Hendry and Davis did it, but since then:

                              1996 - Hendry
                              1997 - Doherty
                              1998 - Higgins
                              1999 - Hendry
                              2000 - Williams
                              2001 - O'Sullivan
                              2002 - Ebdon
                              2003 - Williams
                              2004 - O'Sullivan
                              2005 - Murphy
                              2006 - Dott
                              2007 - Higgins
                              2008 - O'Sullivan
                              2009 - Higgins
                              2010 - ? ( )
