How is it possible for Maguire to be exempt ( BBC yesterday ) from qualifying for the European Open ( now Malta Cup ) ? Don't the top 16 face the 16 qualified ? Wouldn't Maguire be the 17th? Because, as far as I know, the "wild card" system "works" only for the Masters ...Comment
