Is that before or after you unzip them? If it's before, try 7-zip, download here. Just open the first zip and extract the video and it'll automatically use the other two.
7-zip says file broken? Or file broken when you try to play it?
If it's the former it must be an unfinished or corrupt download, most likely unfinished. Have a look at the properties of each of the parts, the first two should be 209,000,000 bytes in size (not size on disk) and the third should be 147,645,236 bytes. If any one of yours doesn't match you'll have to download that part again.
If they all match one could still be corrupt but you'd have to do a CRC to find which, probably easier just to download the lot again unless it's particularly slow for you.
One last thought - have you checked that you've got plenty of disk space on both your Windows drive and whatever drive you're saving it on?
If you've managed to extract it that's a good thing - it's much less likely to be corrupt. You might just be missing some codecs. Try downloading and installing the k-lite codec pack (full) from here (only 14mb), then open the video in media player.
Ah ok. Ignore my previous post then, I thought you meant the error message was coming from VLC. It does indeed look like one or more of the downloaded parts is corrupt unfortunately, you'll most likely have to download one again.
Have you checked the file sizes like I suggested before to see whether any are incomplete? If you can find which of the three parts is bad it'll save a lot of time downloading.
