i dont see a problem with that

its not like the posts were made to try to let someone who didnt know the score and didnt want to know, know.

they (mostly) were made to inform folk who wanted to know...

and before you reply saying you dont expect to find scores in a thread that doesnt say scores....folk were looking for the chatroom last night to get updates

... just like that part of my previous post here was to inform others about the spoilers.

I wasn't bitching about it either, I was just informing others that they should not venture into that particular thread, should they want to stay away from spoilers.

im not arguing

folk on here wanted to know where the chat was, and what the latest scores were.

i posted it in a thread, which wasnt a spoiler free thread, and it contained one update of one match after 1 and a half frames.

i dont think it required a *sigh* when i was informing someone who requested the info on a snooker forum, on a thread that wasnt spoiler free

have this new PC and seem to hear only sound, albeit have these ambient colourful 60s nonsense (Windows mediaplayer, just updated to newest version), is there anything I might have forgotten to set up?

Try updating your codecs. I use the K lite codec pack: K-Lite site.

Spoiler free - This reminds me of an episode of The Likely Lads where Bob and Terry tried to escape from every place as they did not want to hear the full time score of an England international. After they went through their ordeal the whole day, switching the tele on in the evening for the highlights, to find out the match was abandoned because of a waterlogged pitch.
