Database Specialists Out There?

If we do have any talented Access/SQL/Excel bods out there are, can you look at the next Pro tournament and work out what each players' handicaps would be if each frame was being used to calculate the amount each guy would need to give himself a 50-50 chance of winning. Obviously an unusual thought, but if you think about it, if you play in a League that already does this, it'll be exactly the same formula... i.e. difference in points divided by the number of matches, divided by 2, then once you've given players a handicap, they'd be added into the equation for the next tournament.
If we have any diligent individuals that wanna take this up, you could carry on the experiment through the season coming; unless you've got stats on whole tournaments from previous years! Good Luck.

I'll see what I can come up with for you, MySQL will be web based but it would probably be better done in Excel as you can use it from any pc with Excel on and have it inserted into any webpage too.
