Anyone have any ideas who the wildcards are gonna be? I can only think of one player from bahrain and that Habib Subah.:snooker:

Here's the normal draw because this one at Worldsnooker is pretty annoying - I still can't understand how to scroll down, it keeps moving.

I think it's 6 wildcards and they'll come from the countries across the region

So without too much thought I can pencil in the following:

        Habib Subah (Bahrain)
        Mohammed Shehab (UAE)
        maybe Mohammed Al Joker (UAE)
        Mohsen Abdulaziz (Qatar)

not sure about others, but those 4 are the best players from the Gulf countries.

There are also useful players in Saudi, Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, Oman.

Maybe one of both of the Aseerie brothers from Saudi might get in.

bahrain qualifiers highest breaks taken from GSC

                    Qualifying Stages Centuries

                    135 Li Hang (Career Best)

                    127 Kuldesh Johal (Career Best)

                    124 Liu Chuang

                    122 Jin Long (career Best)

                    101 Vinnie Muldoon (career Best)

Would anyone else be expecting players on the main tour to have made career best breaks higher than these ?

                      Not really

Three of the four there are on the circuit for the first time and this is only their fourth tournament

but this is career best, which would presumably include all amatuer tournaments they had competed in previously ?

No Danny I think it means Career as in Pro Career and theyve only played in 4 tournaments. :snooker:

I think you are right there. I visited Neil Robertsons webpage last night, and he claims to have 3 tournaments 147´s but as they are made on australian tables, they don´t count in the statistic, even though I would guess the measures of the hole are exactly the same.
