Well, I'm totally lost and don't have a clue when evening broadcast will start. It's figure skating now, next table tennis is on the schedule. German Eurosport is supposed to show snooker from 19.00 GMT (will the match be still on?).
Anyway, this link should probably work:

Russian Eurosport site says the stream will be on from 18.00 GMT. No link yet, but I'll post it when - if - I find it.

I've posted a link to German stream two posts higher.
No use though, the live broadcast of table tennis tournament final has just begun and snooker will be on only after it finishes - so pray someone wins as quickly as possible.

Yes. Maybe it's on Eurosport UK, but I can't find the link.
There are two Germans in the final, so sure in Germany they will show it live.
