      What?????
Mike is far from being dull or talentless...

One last 16 appearance in 17 years?
Hahahaha I agree you are being a bit harsh on mike dunn, he's a real tryer I think he's got some talent, he just struggles in his qualifying matches. I hear he's playing well in practice!!!

Don't be slagging off Mark C Davis either - he did really well in belfast and I think his game is really improving lately! I hear he's playing well in practice too...

For once I can agree with you - well on the Mike Dunn topic anyway. Think you are way off on the Mark Davis front though.

Who told you they were playing well in practice????

You cant still hate him for beating Joe swail.. if that was the case you would dislike a lot of players....

Perhaps you could actually read what I wrote before getting on your high horse?

I didn't say he was dull or talentless

I said he was one of the least interesting and least talented players on the circuit

Let me explain to you what this means: it means I find him less interesting and less talented than most of the other players

It doesn't mean he has no talent or no charisma

                Many thanks

Least interesting automatically insinuates you consider him more dull, which is compounded by the fact that you wrote about the lack of audience. The comment about the audience alone was insulting to Mike Dunn so I made a comment on it.
You can back track as much as you want but what you were trying to say in your original message was very clear - enough to warrant a few people commenting. So I don't consider myself to be on a "high horse".

Ok can we get over this now please?

Why are you thanking me, out of interest??

I didn't back track actually, I just repeated what I'd already written

I thanked you because I thought you might read it properly this time but that appears to have been a vain hope

Dunn is not an exciting player to watch. The reason he 'struggles in the qualifiers' is because he isn't as talented as many of the others.

And don't get me started on his board 'work'

I can read properly actually. And I can read between the lines.
There were clear undertones in your original post as to exactly what you meant.
However, you are entitled to your opinion so let it go.
Maybe next time when you reply to someone you could dull down the patronising tone and when you make a statement, stick by it - if that's possible???

Hope you have a pleasant day
