Hendry misses a blue off the spot...dearie me.

Five reds left and Stevens has a great chance for 4-2. after some of the misses so far this frame though you wouldn't put any money on it.

Stevens comes a little straight on a pink to the middle so takes the six points and lays a snooker, Hendry in all sorts of trouble now. Hits a red but leaves another to the right centre which Stevens gets...

4-2 barring snookers. Hendry concedes needing only one to tie, bit of a surprise even if he was snookered himself.

As bad as he has played, he's had chances in a couple of frames that he really should have taken to level it, but he's just not playing well enough unfortunately.

Stevens makes a mess of a shot and scatters the reds. Hendry 28-0 up with 4/5 pottable reds...but it's gone wrong and he's flicked the pink safe. Nicely recovered with a tricky blue though.

Runs out of position, just not playing well enough at all.

Hendry is putting himself in all kinds of trouble. This should have been a one visit clearance.

Lucky boy Stephen, misses yet another long ball and flukes it in the same pocket off about four cushions

                3-4.

Weird match, on the one hand Stevens has been much better so deserves the lead, but on the other Hendry probably should have won frames four and six and could be leading

Well Hendry has needed a couple of chances but a snooker behind the brown forced an error and barring Stevens getting a snooker, it's somehow 4-4. And it is.

Stevens did have a chance but missed a shot with the rest unsurprisingly. Wasn't easy though.

Christ!!!! Stephen is one lucky boy.

Such a shame, especially after how he's played through the rest of the week. Hope he scrapes it, then gets a sesh on the practice table in!!

Hendry misses a long red, Stevens left in but finishes hampered on a red to right-centre. He pots it but fouls the pink, though he's in again with a nice long red from Hendry's safety.

Is a couple of more loose reds but he's gonna have to go into the pack sometime soon.

And he does go into the pack, but the white has stuck on the bottom and he's on nothing.

                          8 reds left, 47-6 up.

He runs out of position but now it's his turn to get a lucky break and fluke a red. 5-4 to Stevens

Just been out most of day - it makes for tough reading, although not altogether surprising as Stevens has beat Stephen in the big games they've played. What's the latest in frame 10
