Best final since China last year that, in terms of drama and tension if not quality.

Interviews now, pretty general stuff at the moment.

He stepped up a level at the end to win it. I think the biggest frame was the 13th even though Stevens won it the fact he had to play another 30 minutes as Robertson went for snookers knocked him out of his stride.

2 players who have been in the dolldrums, but Neil will come out here much better than Stevens. Though Stevens did very well, and good hes back on form in a way, its also deja vu, familiar story and outcome. He just cant win a final, is it? Its now up to him whether he will benefit from his improved form and built on it or stuck in the mind hes lost another final.

That was the best final for a while, full of tension, drama and swinging fortunes. Pivotal frames were the protracted 13 and then 14, containing Matthew's missed black.

Is that now six final defeats out of seven for Matthew? Ouch.

It was quite strange seeing Robbo speak with some emotion at the end, as his natural playing demeneur is fairly emotionless and level headed. I liked his little bobbing of the trophy (a ship) along the table...

Matt appeared nonplussed, as if he almost expected to lose?

The bobbing of the trophy was fantastic

Speaking of the trophy, here it is, very nice.

                        Well done Andrew!

Though its the same with the stock market, they never announce the losses before!

Well, as its a jolly occassion, I just fancy to open a Chateau Puy Servain, Montravel Terrement! Salut!

lol - true - i always fancied the winner of bingham v stevens to have a good run. and i felt neil and ryan the two most likely to capitalise of the lack of ronnie and higgins. as for mark king well that was just in case so i could tell boss about it!

Yes, that and applauding when people have kicks or otherwise are unlucky just showing so little knowledge of the game.
