First time I am watching The China Open this week. Any ball ROS pots is accompanied with cheers and applause. Whenever Dott plays a brilliant shot its utter silence!

unfortuantely that is nothing new for Ronnie. That is what you get from him sometimes. He can be very disapointing at times.

Argh! I should stop expecting good matches when Ronnie's involved. (Had a bit of a déjà vu there.) I was really looking forwards to a match of good snooker, with the clashing of two styles, Dott on the run, Ronnie playing attacking... And THAT's what I get?! Grmf!

Hopefully the next match will be better, both are young and fighting their way up the rankings and will probably be very eager to win.

I can't say that Ronnie disappoints me anymore, I almost expect him to be like this at every match. Now if the likes of Hendry, Higgins or Dott would throw away a match I'd be surprised.

yes you are right guys. Its best not to build up hopes and expectations too much for Ronnies matches. And then it will be a bonus if he does put in a good performance
