China Open online coverage

I would like to ask any Chinese speaker on this forum to post any website addresses or links related to the upcoming China Open, because I seem to have problems finding the English version of some websites I've seen so far.

Yes, please do! What I've found so far has been somewhat difficult to understand, and the online translation services probably don't do the articles justice by calling for instance Dott "Many characteristics" and Ebdon "Alberton" and so on and so forth

i am afraid most chinese snooker websites don't provide the english version.
the latest news i can get is o'sullivan and william have landed, and o'sullivan was saying his potential opponent could be ding and robertson, which suggested he's in a positive frame of mind when he starts considering these things and actually talks to the media.

also, ding opened his official blog and website on Sohu, a major chinese website, but only in chinese i am afraid, and i don't imagine ding would want to post anything in english just yet.

The link from world snooker is 99.9% in Chinese, but the English bits on the site are "interesting", shall we say.

Right, I know this is not really what you asked for, BC, but I don't want to open yet another thread on nearly the same subject. Recycling is important!

Here's a little list of some sites that have a more or less good coverage of the China Open:

* Zhuanti.sports.cn China Open '07 page

But most important of all:

* Babelfish for your translation needs (copy and paste into the block thingie still works with only question marks in the "Chinese" text)

* Google language tools for your translation needs if you don't like Babelfish

I find it extremely amusing to try my best to read the articles. Must say that of all strange translations, I do love "Ping pong emperor Hendley" the most. And maybe "Si nock" (snooker).

So yea. No English, I'm afraid. I did try - and failed.
