I was so hoping Joe would do it but alas was not to be.
Happy enough though that it was John who beat him.
Oh well - there's always Sheffield

I watched this and Joe was looking good in the decider until some muppet in the crowd took a flash photograph as he was pulling the cue back on a yellow.

He got the pot but lost position and although he pulled another two or three good pots, never recovered position and John took a brilliant clearance from the leave.

Hats off to John for the break that clinched the match with the blue and black safe but Joe must be very disappointed.

I have that one running, thanks, but it's not really telling much either =/ I hate not knowing whats going on ^^ liveticker is a pain already, but a non-working one is certainly worse.

People need to have a little more respect for players and not take pictures while they are at the table!!! Argh!!

Joe will be disappointed - he always is (as is every player) when he loses but he'll be grand and hopefully in top form for Sheffield.

Would like to see the two Marks do well today...

Actually last frame lasted for more than an hour and ended 82 - 74 !
