But he is not God the Father and blindly adoring whatever he says or does is going too far for me. Though I must admit I defended him almost all the time and still will (like walking away in the Hendry match and on other occasions).

With that out of the way... I want ROS stripped of ranking points (again). I'd hate for him to get banned, but I do think that some sort of official reaction is called for. He might be mentally unstable, but that should not be a carte blanche to behave like that and get away with it.

I wonder who the person next to him at the conference is. The person whose picture was posted over here and whom, instead of suggesting to Ronnie to stop doing whatever he was doing, since they were in the middle of an official press conference, actually encouraged him and can be heard giggling like a school-boy, as well.
Someone from Ronnie's staff who doesn't know his best interest, that of making his employer look good?
I am not trying to blame anyone else here, but it's common sense. When you see someone close to you, whether professionally or personally, act like that in public you don't do a thing?

@TIP147: Giving him a fine won't affect him in the slightest, though. I very much doubt that he'll be bothered about the money, he's got enough Chinese sponsorship cash to plough that straight back into his Chinese slip-ups. Let's equate it to educating a child: when it does something wrong, you take away something that they care about in order for them to realise that it is counter-productive to continue doing whatever it was they were doing. Just giving ROS a fine will be something along the lines of telling a child it won't be able to watch telly for a week when the telly is broken anway
