Tough match for Tony, did well to come through eventually. From what I saw Shi was a slower version of the "old" Liang, he went for everything, and quite often he got an extraordinary pot or got away with the miss.
Now Drago won't be on tv table again, will he?
Not very likely, I'm afraid.. Lets hope the streaming will be smoother though.

Yay it would have been quite a crazy match to watch, then!
And I don't expect much from non-tv tables streaming, couldn't make it work.
Also I have a bad feeling about tv-tables choice tomorrow... They might not choose Williams vs Cope from morning matches (Eurosport will show Marco Fu and don't know who's on the 2nd table), and Allen vs Dott for the day matches (there's Ding & Higgins that should be chosen over them).
Well at least 1 thing is for sure - Ronnie will be on telly

From the bits I saw, Rory missed a few times badly... But I don't think his opponent was unbeatable either, maybe that's just the way it went today.
A few is a kind statement, Ore > the frame scores (as they appear on GSC, thank you, Janie ) tell a pretty sad match story: Rory vs. Liu 0-128(104), 11-68(57), 6-66(32,34), 18-75, 7-83(72) Less than 50 points on the board....

How about the forecast result of everyone on today games?
I think...
1) Marco Fu vs Haveneen --> Marco Fu win (5:2)
2) Neil Robertson v Mike Dunn --->> Neil Robertson win (5:1)
3) Stephen Maguire v Barry Hawkins --->> Maguire win (5:3)
4) Mark Williams v Jamie Cope --->>> William win (5:2)

Conservatism rules you said
Hawk is capable of taking Stephen out, though..
And although I don't like that idea, Cope can be a problem for MJW as well, especially if Mark underperforms
All the way Mark J!!
