Never mind all that micky mouse stuff with mini matches and silly rules, this is the real deal IMO.

I couldn't agree more. They are taking their time, playing some sublime tactical shots, and the tension is just building up. Imagine what we would be missing if this match was played under the shot clock.
What an exciting final.....!! I can't believe Williams is letting frames slip out of his hands again! Was 7-4 and now 7 all?! You're not going to lose it again that way mark, aren't you??

Williams was lucky not to be penalised four points for handling the cue-ball when the balls were being replaced. The way this frame is panning out, it could make a bit of difference to the number of colours either player needs.
