They did the same thing last year I remember. With the Masters. Normally I get a pre alert from the ticketseller. But last year I did not. After the Grand Prix final, they announced tickets for the masters will be on sale on number so and so. I think its a strategy, to get everyone excited just when the final is finished to buy tickets for the other tournament. Leaving everyone in doubt when tickets are on sale.

I bet tickets for The Uk will be announced after the Grand Prix final this year (would be a bit late, though)
